Dear North Salem Community,
We are excited to announce Winter High School Sports registration (Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Indoor Track, Bowling, Boys and Girls Skiing, Ice Hockey and Wrestling) is open and will close on Friday, November 14th.
Middle School Sports registration (Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Boys Ice Hockey, Boys and Girls Indoor Track and Wrestling) will open Saturday, November 1st and close on Friday, November 28th.
Registration must be completed through the Arbiter Sports online platform. Click here for the Arbiter Sports Registration Link. The link for High School Sports is active. The link for Middle School Sports will be active once the portal opens on Saturday, November 1st.

To Parents/Guardians of students interested in participating in WINTER 2025/2026 sports:
Varsity/JV Sports (Grades 9-12)

Medical Forms: (current physical, medication forms) are submitted to the school nurse, Stephanie Hendrick.
PLEASE NOTE: According to the NY State Education Department, a physical dated November 1st, 2024 onward is acceptable for all Varsity/JV and December 1st, 2024 for Modified winter sports. Contact the school nurse, if you are unable to schedule an updated physical.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Arbiter is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for sports. When you register through Arbiter, the system keeps track of your information in your Arbiter profile.
A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link: https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/north-salem-ms-hs-athletics
Follow these steps:
1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
2. Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Sign Up/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using Arbiter, click Sign Up. Click Log In, if you already have an Arbiter account.
3. Sign Up for your secure Arbiter account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select the agreement to the Arbiter Terms of Service. Click Sign Up.

4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your email filters (spam, junk, etc.).
5. Click on the link in your activation Email, which will log you in to Arbiter.io
6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
7. Registration is limited to one sport per season only.
8. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
9. Review your registration summary.
10. Click the green Submit button. After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from Arbiter confirming your registration.
11. Please note, registering your child does not mean they are medically cleared to participate in a sport. You
will receive email notification from Arbiter via Stephanie Hendrick, school nurse, informing you as to whether or not your child is medically cleared to participate.

At any time, you may log in at https://arbiter.io/ to update your information and to check your registration(s).
