PLEASE NOTE: According to the NY State Education Department, a physical dated November 1st, 2024 onward is acceptable for all

Varsity/JV and December 1st, 2024 for Modified winter sports. Contact the school nurse, if you are unable to schedule an updated physical.

Varsity/JV Sports 

Season Start Date: Monday, November 17th

Registration Dates: October 18th through November 14th

Registration Dates: November 1st through November 28th

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

 

A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link: https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/north-salem-ms-hs-athletics

1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.

2. Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Sign Up/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using Arbiter, click Sign Up. Click Log In, if you already have an Arbiter account.
3. Sign Up for your secure Arbiter account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select the agreement to the Arbiter Terms of Service. Click Sign Up.

4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your email filters (spam, junk, etc.).

5. Click on the link in your activation Email, which will log you in to Arbiter.io

6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.

7. Registration is limited to one sport per season only.

8. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.

9. Review your registration summary.

10. Click the green Submit button. After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from Arbiter confirming your registration.

11. Please note, registering your child does not mean they are medically cleared to participate in a sport. You
will receive email notification from Arbiter via Stephanie Hendrick, school nurse, informing you as to whether or not your child is medically cleared to participate.

At any time, you may log in at https://arbiter.io/ to update your information and to check your registration(s).
To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.
